Happy Jack?

who is Happy Jack?
a blogging inquisition
now triggered for the
curious and malicious
with what possible end-game?

*chuckle*

The kids couldn't hurt Jack
They tried and tried and tried
They dropped things on his back
And lied and lied and lied and lied and lied
But they couldn't stop Jack, or the waters lapping
And they couldn't prevent Jack from feeling happy

who is Happy Jack?
"Happy Jack is Happy Jack"
the questions over
the inquisition ended
now he can be left in peace

  1. Carl Jacobs just doesn't like HJ having a go at Calvinism.
    Are you HJ?
    Do tell.

  2. I cannot see you as HJ. Doddles. His is soooo self effacing and eager to please everyone, a type of religious sponge soaking up approval. I missed the post where hideous Carl is heavying him. A good sign for HJ...I feel myself warming to him already. I may need to reconsider my opinion of him.

    PS
At one time many were convinced that Cressida and Dodo were the one person. Remember? Ridiculous...a human being could never host a personality combination of that kind:)

True, but if you are a Gaoul'd System Lord, anything is possible....

    2. Yes but even then one personality has control over the other. A Star Gate fan, eh?

  3. HJ is a bit wet, if you ask me. However, if he's bothering Carl and his black and white view of reality, then all power to him.

There was a time when Dodo was supposed to be all the Catholic commentators - and even the K's! Those were the days, eh? Occasionally I do reread some of the threads and really they are outrageously humorous. You're right though, Dodo and Cressida could never be hosted by the same person unless that person was brilliant. Mind you, both of us are in our own ways :o)

    That'll get 'em thinking.

  4. Cressida, Happy Jack doffs his hat to you and says "hello".

Dodo, Happy Jack says it is very rude to talk about people behind their backs. Jack has been looking at some of your comments before you were banned from HG's site. You were very naughty and offensive to him and others, you know?

  6. Well, it looks like the bigot Len is attacking the Jews now, not content with being vile about Catholics! How 'Christian' of him eh?

    1. Yes he is a rather narrow-minded person and should be challenged about his opinions.

Can someone explain what a "Bible believing Christian" actually is? I mean, they all say different things. What is the "Bible" but a collected series of inspired writings and books (a 'library) that needs interpretation, teaching and theological development to better understand?

    2. Dodo,

Uh, I've been away and accidentally deleted my account. Must get another one. What's this about Len attacking Jews? It's bad enough he does it to Catholics, who are clearly not in his definition 'bible believing' ,- I did 'cringe' with the recent debate between him and Albert.... Will go over and check.

PS- I personally see Happy Jack as a guy who's been introduced to Christianity and hasn't found his feet. Perhaps I'm just naive, but I'm prepared to believe he is just someone else, rather than Dodo. I did wish him luck with whatever it is he is trying to find.

  7. Inspector

Never ? Really ? Not even once ? Then you are a true son of the Church and your reward will be great in Heaven - if we can sort out some of your (erm) heterodox opinions.

    Toddle pip.

  8. Familiar faces, I see. Is this the cafeteria where His Grace's communicants get together after the service to swap malicious gossip about who didn't come to church today and why?
